"Great park for kids..wasn't too crowded. My son didNt have to wait to play on anything at the lil kids part of the park. I also grew up here myself skateboarding, playing basketball, soccer, baseball, and just hanging out with friends."
"The city just spent a lot of money rebuilding the parking lot. The person who came up with the design and the people who signed off on it need to be sent back to kindergarten. They screwed up a perfectly good lot. Who in there right mind thought that back in parking slots was a good idea. The average driver in this county can't back out of a space safely much less into one. The rainwater collection area appears to be slightly higher than the corner of the lot judging by how the leaves are collecting. NEWS FLASH, water runs down hill!"
"My grandkids love this park. There is an area for little kids and a big space for bigger kids. A variety of slides, monkey bars, swings and things to climb on keep the kids happy. The one criticism I have is that in the big kid area the play structure is wood and has areas where the adult can't see the kids. I have seen several incidents of distracted adults suddenly alarmed when they don't know where their child went. I just keep a constant eye from one of the many benches so I can let the grands play freely. Occasionally middle schoolers come who have not been taught to be as considerate of smaller children or adults as one might wish, but that is generally just a minor nuisance."
"We recently visited this playground for the first time, and my son, who is currently obsessed with dinosaurs, absolutely loved it! He couldn't contain his excitement as he climbed all over the play structures. The playground features swings, a castle-like structure with multiple slides, and an abundance of opportunities for fun. It's worth noting, however, that if your child tends to wander off, you might find it a bit challenging to keep an eye on them at this park. I was impressed with the play structures myself and even climbed on them too! I truly appreciated how engaged the parents were, actively playing with their children. There's also a separate play area designated for toddlers, equipped with baby swings and lower slides. Additionally, a play field is available for those interested in field sports. While parking is plentiful, navigating to the correct spot can be a bit tricky—my GPS led me to the opposite end of the park. Nonetheless, there is a parking lot conveniently located right in front of the playground."
"What a great park! A perfect place for kids to play, make friends and run around! There is an ENORMOUS play structure for bigger kids and a smaller one for little tots. The main playground has this really cool dinosaur themed sandbox. Finish it off with a big field and a baseball diamond and you're set. Parent pro-tip; bring a snack for you and the kids because you're gonna be there for a while. If you didn't there's the Red Hill shopping plaza within walking distance for a coffee or fro-yo. Theres also a really cool Veterans lodge for private events."
