"I’ve been a patient for over 15 years but I am officially done! Just had an appointment on Friday, February 23, 2024. After waiting a couple of hours to be seen I sat back in a room for over an hour before the doctor came in. The doctor changed a medication that I’ve been on since 2009 because she said she thought, it might be better. I expressed my concerns, but she totally disregarded them, and just did what she wanted to do. After the appointment, after confirming where my prescriptions were to be sent, one was sent to my old pharmacy, and one was sent to the correct pharmacy. I promptly called them back and asked them to correct the mistake and as of this review Almost 2 days later, after checking with my pharmacist, I have learned that they have yet to correct the mistake and probably won’t unless I call them again. Years ago BMG group used to be a decent place to go but every location that I’ve visited in the past five years is in disarray! Not only is the majority of the staff, rude and unprofessional, you were treated like a herd of cattle! Practices such as this have lost sight of the fact that we the patient pay them, we do not work for them. No matter how nice you are, how respectful you are, and how patient you are they still are rude and uncaring! They are officially fired! I will find a family practitioner here in the Memphis area that cares more about their patients not just the money they receive from the insurance and their patients! Absolutely ridiculous and should be legal the way that you’re treated by BMG group. They made so many mistakes in the last five years of seeing them, it’s totally unacceptable. no one should have to put up with the treatment that you received personally, and the medical treatment that is provided by this practice is less than confident and optimal! Dr. Wong is a nice man, but the other doctors in the practice could care less!"

"The waits here take forever, but the doctors don't spend much time talking to you at all. They don't care about your health, they just want you out of there as fast as possible so they write a basic prescription and send you away. And don't try to transfer any medications over from your specialists, they'll get it wrong. They wrote my prescription wrong in November and still haven't fixed it. I'm changing doctors ASAP."

"Doctor, nurses and staff I interacted with in-person were very friendly, kind, and caring. Unfortunately, if you ever need to contact this office via telephone you cannot. I have left dozens of messages that I've never received follow ups and every single call goes straight to voicemail no matter the time of day. Makes getting care very hard. Save yourself the trouble and choose any other medical office in the city."
