"I liked the fact that Crown has a drive thru. They give you an itemized computer receipt. The clerks are very pleasant and give me confidence that my clothes will be taken care of. They think outside the box, by asking questions about the service I request. Letting me know what’s available, and what can be done with my item. They made notes of special areas to treat. My pickup was flawless. With things being computerized, all I had to do was give my last name and my items were immediately retrieved. I also received email notifications about my receipt and that the items were ready to be picked up"
