"Y’alllllllllllll this is my new mani, pedi, eyebrow tint/wax salon. The ambiance was very luxe and chic. When I first walked in Tiffany provided world class customer service and had me check in at a kiosk; Lisa and Kim were my techs and did a fantastic job. I was very sad to leave my old salon because I LOVE my nail tech however she wasn’t able to do dip powder so I tried this salon after reading the reviews and I must say this salon is every last bit of the five stars. I watched like a hawk in their cleanliness and sanitation protocols and I was highly impressed with their procedures. The massage chairs are very posh and relaxing. I highly recommend this salon to anyone, I hope your experience was just as fabulous as mine !!!"
"I've been nail salon hopping because I wanted to find a super clean place that did great manicures and pedicures that lasted. X Nails is exactly the right place! They're always so kind, clean and talented. (The massage chairs are awesome too). Annie's dip manicures and Mai's pedicures are gorgeous and last! Highly recommend"
"Beautiful work and very kind staff overall, but I had a disappointing first experience. The nail technician clipped my cuticles too close and caused three fingers to bleed profusely. She applied antiseptic, which burned considerably, and I was in pain for a couple of days. It’s been over a week and my cuticles haven’t even healed yet. I was disappointed to have been charged full price for this - $85 for a full set of acrylics with gel polish, on top of all the bleeding. Before tip of course. I actually didn’t even want gel polish but the technician insisted when I asked about regular polish. The acrylics themselves are pretty, but it was painful and expensive, so I’d rather not go back."
