"I have trusted Hoodz of Nashville for several years. I not only trust them to be in my restaurant alone after hours but I trust that I am actually getting what I am paying for! So much so that I don't bother inspecting their work anymore Hoods go above and beyond "compliance* and actually take pride in their work. It is safe to say that they always have well trained people using the best technology possible. If this review sounds like something their owner would write, well they are that good! Restaurant owners, I'd you "know a guy" or company that charges significantly less than hoodz, check it out. You literally get what you pay for. Most small hood cleaning companies, if even licensed, take a very common shortcut. Hoods should always be cleaned top down. Strong chemicals are applied and then rinsed down the hood. This creates a HUGE mess with acidic chemicals and carbon all over. The professionals properly move and cover equipment and funnel all the liquid into a drain and are able to create a huge mess without making a mess or leaving a trace that they were present! "That guy" who cleans hoods for half the price almost always sprays degreaser up the hood and will hose the water bottom to top cleaning what he can see and reach. he can see and reach. Then he will lie to your face claiming he did it for correctly. This is no exaggeration as it has happened multiple times over the years. You know why most restaurants burn down? Because of fires originating in their hoods exhaust system!"

"Hoodz - the only legitimate hood experts in Middle TN. How many hood cleaners are capable or willing to replace grease ducts, replace fans, install hoods, repair control packages, or my personal fave - show proof of the cleaning job you just paid them to do? If your livelihood is your restaurant then you know kitchen fires are most prevalent in grease ducts. More often than not restaurants assume "their guy" is cleaning their systems. Guess what? He does a bad job of it, I know because I've seen his work. Don't become a statistic, give Hoodz a try. We don't do sleazy upselling, hide costs in the fine print, etc. There's no magic technology, just good hard working people who value good business."
