"I purchased a miller welder from Sims and I had nothing but problems from day one. I took it in to Sims over and over again. They were never able to fix the machine when I asked about trading in the machine they didn’t offer trade-ins when I asked them to reach out to the rep to see what they can do they never did. I set up an appointment to come down and test the machine with the mechanic he wasn’t available when I showed up. Miller in Sims seem to have zero customer service zero desire to fix the problem, Sims can care less about the customer I will never be returning to the store or buying anything from Sims in the future!"

"I purchased a new welder from sims in Santa ana, unfortunately they did not have the best price available. I was tempted to go the cheaper route but decided to get it there. Four weeks later I had a problem where my new welder would only weld for 3 seconds and stop. I called and they had the service guy on the phone in minutes helping to diagnose over the phone. He said bring it in and they jumped on it and got the unit back to me in 2 days. I am so glad that I purchaced from sims, the customer service is top notch. The repair service technician is also I veteran, so glad my money went to a business like this!"

"A friend of mine recommend Sims - Orange to me. Went down there to check out their ar/co2 tank prices. Walked in and was immediately help by a very nice lady. Can't remember her name but she was was very helpful. I was ready to buy a tank and then she let me know they had a bigger tank for cheaper because it was on sale. If you are buying anything for welding purpose either for hobby or job i recommend them. Their prices beat anyone's prices I've been to before. Will keep going to them"

"first off let me say to the ex employee my opinion is one your just a lazy kid that wants something for free in life. My suggestion Go get a job ..... now the people men and women there are very polite and always ready to help i have pulled in 5 min before closing and they were are courteous as if i were there first customer. i called around to several suppliers got a price on a miller welder when i talk to a gentle man there he told me come on in they will take care of me and that's what they did. I was able to get more welder for the same price. i pass three or four suppliers to get to Sims for two reasons price and service. service is top notch. carl"
