"After receiving a recommendation from my employer, a current client of the company, I called Window Gang to get a quote and ask about their various services. I never got a call back even though I left three voicemails. I should have walked away at that time but I persisted due to the recommendation. I scheduled the services online and at that stage received an email back from the company. After explaining their services, they suggested an alternative to what I had booked to best meet my needs which I appreciated. I had a scheduled appointment for September 9th and made arrangements accordingly. Window Gang did not show up and failed to reach out to me to let me know they wouldn’t be coming. I’ve called and emailed to ask them about the situation and I have still had zero communication from the company. I would not recommend."

"Update - I reached out several times to get resolution but no one responded. After I posted this review the owner finally reached out. They sent someone out to inspect and they said they didn't scratch the windows. I disagree. The concern was that the owner offered me a full refund if I would change my review. I will not. I would be a little leery of all positive reviews because of this request by the owner. Original - After they cleaned my windows, there were 2 that were covered with scratches. I reached out to the local contact and he suggested that the scratches were made by a razor, which I pointed out would be impossible since the windows that were scratched are on the 2nd floor. He immediately suggested that the issue was not theirs, even though it's pretty obvious that the scratches came from the brush they used. He said he'd come out and take a look but I had reschedule that appointment. Still waiting for them to come out, but really not optimistic since their immediate reaction was to deny any responsibility. So now I have scratched up windows."

"Bobby was prompt, friendly and very professional. He made some helpful recommendations and gave me some good tips to keep my gutters and downspouts working efficiently. I will use him again. He gets a 10 out of 10 score!!!"
