"Candace and her team are so responsive and positive. I needed my 1900 sq ft home cleaned while I was moving out of the state and was having trouble finding one available in my time crunch. They were able to be flexible with my timing and left my house spotless and looking amazing. So grateful these guys were there for me!"

"WORST CLEANING EVER Candace (the owner) had her assistant Stephanie come do a quote. While we had high hopes of a good cleaning since they came to do the quote and clean so quickly, we were extremely disappointed. During the quote, we clearly told Stephanie that we wanted a deep clean including dusting, outdoor windows, walls, baseboards, fridge and oven on top of everything in a regular cleaning. She wrote everything down and said her team would be here Friday. When her team finally arrived 30 minutes late, they had no clue what the job entailed. They called me at work to ask what needed to be done. When I mentioned the walls should be wiped of smudges, they asked me if I had magic erasers they could use. They came unprepared and uninformed. When I arrived home after their cleaning, I was very frustrated to see not every wall and baseboard was wiped. Completely sloppy. They didn’t even wipe the fridge because they said food was inside of it. They didn’t clean the oven because they told the assistant that “they didn’t know they clean ovens.” When we reported back to Stephanie, she took no responsibility for the sloppy job. She said they didn’t have enough time… even though that’s her job to schedule the cleanings? Granted, they did offer to come back the next day to try again but we were both at work and couldn’t come home to let them in again. Plus, at this point, we did not trust this company. Then, the owner Candace followed up and continued to act like this was no big deal and a matter of “human error.” And told me to quit being rude to her assistant as I explained why we were unhappy with the service. Most unprofessional and sloppy cleaning company ever. Don’t waste your time."

"I've been in moving hell and was so scared that the move-out cleaning would be bad, that I scheduled it a full day before so I could do damage control if that happened. Because it's definitely happened before! Two cute, kind and arty cleaners showed up and calmed my nerves and they did a beautiful job! Even offered to remove the nails from the wall for me from the art I had taken down. I didn't have to be involved in any way. I've also heard Candice is great to work for. Don't hesitate to book!"

"I've been hearing the ads on WXNA for a while and finally decided to get some custom cleaning ! I told them up front I didn't have much money and could only afford a few hours plus tip and they communicated with me and treated me like a high paying customer. I had list of high priority items and then hopeful items on my list of stuff to do. We're talking 3 years of doggie door build up and entire hallways of trim and baseboards! The ladies that came got almost all of my items done in two hours and they fit me in quickly , communicated well and were super kind to my doggie and daughter while they cleaned. They went the extra mile to write little notes about how they remained eco friendly during my clean. Even if I can only afford once a year, I'll be using Team Clean agian xxx"
