"Be aware, if you try to return an item that still under warranty but subject to restocking fees, the store will charge 20% restocking fees even if it's defective. That's correct, 20% restocking fee even if the item is DEFECTIVE. The return policy printed on the back of your receipt doesn't say that, but that's what they will tell you. Dealing with the manager of this store was not pleasant, even though they have a sign says 100% stratification guarantee. I will never buy anything from this store again. You can get the same stuff from Amazon and other online websites for less and you can return them if they are defective and get full refund."
