"A couple of grumpy old men who have been selling tools for a very long time. My guess is that they're sick, sore and tired of hearing from some schmo that you could buy the same tools for less through the internet (Amazon) over and over again. So why are they still there, why the 5 star review? If you don't know you're probably that schmo. SERVICE... That means they know you're name, know what tools you need (and) provide the tools and services that pros need to do their jobs. Oh, let's not forget the master tool repair guy who probably lives in Middle Earth. Who usually can repair any tool you have for less than 100 bucks. I could go on but I have to go to work now."
