"Great customer service from Casey and Edwin. Fast and Efficient! We had a different rental company cancel on us 1 day before a scheduled delivery for a very important job. So, I frantically called around but had no luck due to the short notice. Luckily, I got in contact with LAX Equipment and they saved the day. Casey was the person that took my call. She was very polite and professional. Immediately after speaking with Casey I received an email confirmation and forms/agreements to fill out. Their pricing is very competitive. Later in the day I got a call from Edwin to notify me that the boom was on location.
