"Waste of time. After paying to rent a scissor lift and trailer we were left waiting for 45 mins without any help. Then the kid with glasses working the lot said he only makes $10 a hour so he's not going to rush around. Very unprofessional, we went inside to cancel the equipment and got no explanation or even a sorry it's taking a long time we were just credited back our money and that was it. The least you could do is apologize for the inconvenience or offer something for the wait. Not worth waiting forever when the equipment is rented on a time limit. Will not be back."
