"Update 3/5/24: Encampment was cleared but they were returning today after cleanup crews left. This is in council district 13 and they arranged for the cleanup. Unfortunately city officials like our councilman don't really have any plans in place to resolve this continuing concern. I presume it will soon return to how it looks in current photo. - I've not shopped at Harbor Freight but its unfortunate that our council district allows our sidewalks in Hollywood to be filled with encampments. Proceed with caution."

"After being discriminated and humiliated 3 months ago I returned because I needed some things for my project I knew I should not have returned but I did since it was convenient in distance. I was accused of stealing from the store when I was there to purchase an item the most embarrassing moment ever I will never return to the store ever again staff really needs to know about the accusations and allegations before they even engage on assuming that someone has stole something from them come on it's Harbor Freight cheap tools they don't last forever and all I needed was some glue never felt so embarrassing humiliated"

"Harbor Freight is Harbor Freight. Its not a place for professionals but sometimes they have tools and accessories no one else has. Like the chainsaw chain sharpener I got for 1/2 off. As for this store, it is always clean, friendly, security on hand, and enough staff to get in and get out quickly. Parking is 95% of time on abundance. Location is also convenient to get out and go in any direction and onto main arteries and freeway. This is my local HB and one I frequent 80% if time."

"Supervisor Mike looked bothered when asked if he could call another store and have an item put on hold. He was very dismissive. We first asked if he could check if they had the item in stock in their backroom and he comes back with we do not but depending on where you're headed the surrounding stores show one or two in stocks. Asked him if he could tell me what stores and with attitude he just said. "Like I said depending on what way you're driving the surrounding stores show 1 or 2. So I asked him if you could a particular store put one on hold for me and he rolled his eyes and walked away. I understand working retail can be pretty demanding at times with deadlines and having to provide customer service, but why work in that environment if your are going to be bothered whenever a customer asks for help."
