"We have been working with this company since Feb 2023. There have been several ongoing issues along the way. To name a few: our liner does not fit and was installed anyways. We now have to get a new one in the Spring. A main drain was left out of our spa and had to be fixed. Due to digging up the concrete, our deck does not match. They lacked understanding of drainage. Our pool flooded with mud. Our spa heater doesn't work properly and several incorrect regulators were used. This company stated they would appoint a professional project manager, they did not. Rarely did we have management come to our house to oversee this project properly. They complained about the commute to our house and also would state it was raining and they could not come due to weather when there was no rain in onsite. This is just the short list, not enough room to write it all. Run, don't walk, away from this company. They are not knowledgeable or trained to do this work."

"I met with Coyote Creek about building a pool for me and my family. They were very professional compared to the other companies that came out to view my yard. They talked me through the entire process and were very transparent. While I know the person here was trying to sell their product, I never felt pressured and believe they were honest and forthright with everything. Once construction began, they kept me updated on the project throughout the entire process and kept me aware of the everything that was going on. I am so happy that I chose this company to create my backyard paradise for my family."
