Reviews of The Heart of Humboldt: The Cannabis Dispensary
"Great selection, great service, great prices!"
"Purchased a package of eatables and put them in the cupboard. When I open package in a couple of days it was full of ants. At first the dispensary seemed unconcerned then but then addressed the issue in full. I could not ask for a better response. Good heart, Heart of Humboldt. It makes it easier to do business with a company that is willing to work with you. I would recommend you to anyone that asked. Thankyou"
"These guys were great super helpful and great prices and merchandise. Definitely recommend for a later times too. Open longer than some of the other places around"
"I’ve been into the Heart of Humboldt a few times and always left happy. They have a great selection of persy rosins and live rosins and the people behind the counter are always extremely helpful and kind. Unfortunately my last visit has left a poor taste in my mouth and I’m questioning my choice of supplier for premium herb and concentrate. I went in and informed the security guard that I had lost my wallet after my last visit and asked if any had been returned. Before asking when I lost it he responds they haven’t found any wallets. Another employee overheard and came to intervene asking a few more questions such as “what day did I lose it” “ what time”. Now that someone else seemed to want to help he reluctantly checked their missing wallets bin and informed me that “ unless you turned black overnight I don’t have your wallet”. I understand there is humor to be found in his response but at the time I wasn’t in the mood to laugh and it felt poorly timed and rather distasteful. Looking to move past this I inform him that i have already filed for a replacement drivers license and I have the paperwork along with pictures of my drivers license front and back and a copy from the dmv app (with a working scan code on it as well). Before I can even finish he cuts me off again and tells me there is nothing he can do for me and basically asks me to leave the store. Now I understand if this is the law that there isn’t much anyone can do about my situation but the way it was handled felt needlessly rude and only acted to amplify an already tough week. After leaving the store I walk around the corner to HPRC a store I’ve only been in a few times. I explain the situation to the gentleman at the front desk he takes my information looks me up in their registry cross checks it with my pictures and paperwork and they let me in. On top of this they give me a ten percent discount for my troubles( I ended up spending twice as much as I planned) . The older I become the more the general principal of good customer service weighs on me. It only takes one person to enhance someone’s day or bring it down and most of that starts with attitude."
"The associates there are so kind. They gave us 10% off the first time we came the minute we mentioned we were new to the place. The second time we came, we came very last minute, like 5 minutes till close. They allowed us inside, and when we mentioned we rushed over last minute, instead of being rude, gave us a free lighter for coming in and giving them business. I love this store, and the people in it have amazing work ethic. I'd give +10 stars if possible. Highly recommend."
