"I just had a baby. I called to arrange a deep clean service from Aunt Keys before coming home from the hospital because the idea was that I wanted to bring the baby home to and recover in a clean house. The owner didn’t get back to me to schedule the appointment until we’ll over a month after I called. Once it was scheduled, the day of the appointment, one of the two cleaning ladies showed up late. Even though I was scheduled for a deep clean, the job that these ladies did left much to be desired, so much so that I had to go behind and clean after them. The amount of money that I paid for their services was egregious given the state of my home when they left. Save yourself a headache and go elsewhere when looking for service. Such a disappointment."
