"I considered giving 1 star, however, my only complaint is the extremely poor communication from this office (but it is a big complaint). I have received good care from Drake, NP, but I am looking for a new PCP because the communication is lacking immensely. I have been messaging through patient portal and calling since February 5th trying to get new prescription for my daily inhaler because my insurance won’t pay for the kind I’ve been on. It wasn’t until last Thursday that someone actually called me back. However, that was just to tell me she would look into it. I still don’t have a Rx. This is not the first time something like this has happened. I left weekly messages in early-mid 2023 for several weeks before finally getting a call back apologizing and saying that they had some office turnover. I will say that every time I have been in, there has been a new intake nurse - new as in, they have said they just started. So, it could be that they can’t keep employees. I’m not sure, but whatever the case, a month between communications is unacceptable."

"I've been trying to get in touch with the person that recieve the faxes for the Allmon medical but cannot get them to verify the they ever received a fax from the drug company that's trying to help me with this medication that was prescribed by Drake Dickson no contact at all will not even return my calls"

"It took me 4 months to get a new patient appointment. When I saw Dr. Allmon she assured me that if I am sick they will get me in same day or next day. I called and left a message a month or so ago when I was sick and no call back. I called last week and left a message to get a rx refill and no call back and no refill given. I called 2 days ago leaving a message that I am sick and my name, date of birth phone number, they never returned my call. Today I made a mission to get a hold of them. Called left a message. Called again got a person, was placed on a hold and then when they answered my call was told they do not have any appointments. I absolutely would not recommend this office."

"I called to schedule a new client appointment because my old PCP referred me to Dr Allmon for care. The receptionist transferred me to someone to make an appointment and I got a voicemail. I left a message with all my information. I also sent a message online saying I wanted to schedule an appointment. 2 days have gone by and I still have not gotten any phone call or response from anyone. This is VERY POOR service and not how you treat someone looking for a new doctor!!! Be aware!!! You may want to hire new office staff because they’re not doing their job!"

"The doctor is fantastic. She is the only person who was able to help my Mom after she suffered for over 2 years with no answers. Her office staff and NP are not very responsive or kind. I left a message with them yesterday because my Mom was having terrible stomach issues due to COVID, and no response. She just needed some anti nausea meds. She’s 82 years old and 89 pounds. Not a great way to treat your patients."
