"In general, the cleanliness was fair, but there were too many machines down. Simple things like no paper towels in the bathroom, all the way to doors missing on a washer shows that maintenance is not a great consern. The fact that some of these issues have existed for weeks reenforces it. Fix things up and I will change this review."
"This place would make a lot more money if they would fix the washing machines. Every time I come here I hear complaints about not having enough washers. It’s a decent place could definitely be kept up better. But in the end people don’t want to drive a long distance to wash clothes so they’ll settle for this place. So why don’t you do everyone a favor and either put more washers in or fix the ones you have. I’d say even when you fix them you’ll probably need more. The money definitely would stack up and faster."
"Being that we have no laundry mat in Ripley I wanted to try this place out . The Place is dirty took to long for dryer and the dryer starts off at $1.75 for 30 minutes and didn't dry a half a load of clothes most of the machines are down even the coke machine took my money. This place is horrible. Came here once will not be back I recommend the laundry mat in covington tn it's way cleaner and less expensive . And if I could I would give this place 0 stars. CLEAN UP ....NASTY PLACE"
