All of the staff are great, but to be honest the thing that keeps us loyal to Family Leisure is a staff member named Gloria. She is honest, helpful, kind and extremely knowledgeable. Over the years she has helped my wife and I solve problems, educate us about new or improved technologies, listened patiently when we were frustrated and always found us the best deals. She has never tried to upsell us, and has always given her honest advice and opinions on things— even if it lost them extra money. If we had problems, she always fixed them. Often at no cost to us.
