"I took my wedding dress here on November 6 to be preserved. It is now April and my dress is just now ready. They have yet to call me once since I dropped it off. I had to constantly call to ask for updates which were the same excuses over and over. They were still finding stains on the dress at the end of March. I will not be recommending them nor using their services again. I should not be the one constantly asking for updates and wait for MONTHS after being told it would be ready after Thanksgiving and paying over $200. Never again will I use Millington Cleaners."

"Dropped off a white jumpsuit when I went to pick it u it was beige. The tailor argued with me that sometimes certain materials will fade when dry cleaned. Tailor offered to return to the color I dropped off and soaked my clothing for two weeks while she went to Dallas TX to visit for the holidays. Inconvenient for me to wear my clothing that I only wore once for a Christmas gathering. She didn’t show any remorse. I HIGHLY do not recommend this cleaner. The old lady needs to RETIRE!!!!!"
