Laundry Depot

"I will NEVER GO back up there the attendant on sight complained about putting my empty laundry hamper on top of machines. Which clearly doesn't say anything about them being on top of washers. The reasoning of me putting hampers is so that she could sweep the floor,as she does. Also my 15 year old to get her get off of seat bc she was sitting indian style. She never said anything while she was sitting there in front of washers the same way. While she was doing all this she was on the phone running her mouth. I will never go back there."

"Nice, laundry mat. Very clean and working machines. Not crowded the day I visited. I would recommend it and I will be back."

"Had no problem coming here until the attendant (I believe her name is Netta? She had dyed blue and green hair and I know this is not nearly the first review about her.) tried to close the store down at 7, claiming she had no clue why people were coming in at 7 pm to wash clothes and that they always closed at 5 pm and were open 5 am. This has never been the case and the store is listed as being open from 7-9. She still let everyone in, complaining the whole time about being "past her limit", and some people even left because of it. I wouldn't recommend this place anymore. I'm pretty sure this lady has worked here for a long while and is related to the owner, so she isn't going anywhere despite complaints, and some people have no choice but to use this laundromat."

"This laundry mat is very clean, One star.... The attendant told us the rules... Would've been two stars if not have been for the same attendant being extremely.I am in confusion on how I have read so many reviews on this lady and have experienced the same terrible experience with rudeness confrontation and just blatant disrespect from the attendant that seems to be in all of the same exact reviews. It's the shorter lady with blue and green short hair which I assume is changed upon a daily basis, how is she still working here? She literally spoke down to me in a manner I wouldn't have even expected from anyone. Me and my whole work crew of 11 will take our $1,000 a week laundry to another location despite it being almost 15 minutes further. Even the lady in the parking lot I met said she stopped her clothes from drying to take them to another place... Either she owns the place .... Or management is failing by not firing or seriously talking to her about changing her attitude towards customers."

"Let me count the way of what is wrong with this place. The woman that is working here acting like you going to take from here. She is all in your space while you are trying to put your things in the mechanics. She acts like you don't know what you are doing and she has an attitude and talks about calling the cops on people. They are way overpriced. They are way better places around town that have nicer people running them."
