"Can’t speak highly enough of this laundry mat. I had an issue with a washer not sealing properly due to me not noticing a sleeve getting in the way inside the seal. I texted the number provided in the laundry mat and Peter was quick to show up and help fix the issue. Very respectful people worth your business! Don’t waste your time anywhere else!"
"Very friendly owners, it's very clean and well taken care of. Washers and dryers are fast. I live in Mason and we have no water they offered to give my money back due to the reason I was there. I will definitely return even just to wash comforters after all this mess is over bc of how fast everything was."
"Machines don’t wash or dry properly and terrible customer service. It was nasty, cotton all over the floor. Update: no you did not come immediately, matter of fact you never came, after I sat there and used the non working dryer, the items were still wet after using your dryer. The comforter was not large..it was a queen size duvet. I sat where you could intentionally see me with your cameras. Like I stated in the messages, I just won’t visit again."
"It is always clean, all the machines are working, the owners are always there keeping on top of things. They are wonderful people to talk to. I will drive out of my way just to come here. I feel safe here as well."
"I needed a dryer in a pinch. What a nice place! Equipment is in really good order. The room was nice and cool on a summer morning. The restroom was clean and awesome. All machines take Apple Pay and credit card if you don’t have change. Change machine, soap dispenser, and snacks on deck. Thanks for the hospitality! I do love me some Munford!"
