"I usually go to Morgan Hill store to rent things, but I was in Hollister and went to that store. and those guys there were just as helpful and had what I needed.."
"Be aware that not all vehicles that meet online requirements are allowed to rent trailers. I showed up with a 4x4 V8 8000lbs towing capacity vehicle and was only towing a 1400lbs trailer and 3500 lbs piece of equipment. Nissan Titan and Toyota tundra are not considered full size vehicles, but Ford F150 is. Staff is not Knowledgeable on vehicle types and specifications or ability. It is at the discretion of the employees. I will elect to to drive to Gilroy next time."
"Very nice to work with and able to serve your needs in a flash. Very quickly hooked up and out before you know it. I like the user friendly instructions and they will walk you through it if needed."
"Reserved a forklift, called the day before to confirm.... Never showed, called and they said they can deliver it the following day... I had to eat the cost of 4 people travelling 4 plus hours along with the hourly rate on two trucks. Saul (who I made the reservation through) was gone for the day at 11am so I still have no idea how they screwed this up... never using these guys again."
