"Last time we use this business! Having no sink or bathroom is unacceptable for any business. Most places charge .25 for 6 minutes on a dryer; this place is .25 for 3 minutes. Having a current bladder infection, i was miserable and most of businesses were closed around me. I will definitely go to Camden and spend my $20-$30 next week. We are here on business and was impressed with the location until we entered. Someone needs to sweep the floor as it looks like it has not been swept in days."

"So I have both good and bad things to say about this laundromat. I'll start with a good thing. The dryers and washers always work and they're never is an issue that we have found with them. For the most part it's fairly clean. Nice area of town. Now for the things that cause us to leave using this laundromat and we were spending about $200 every two weeks at this laundromat. The first thing is that they do not have any bathrooms and you have to go to other businesses to use their bathrooms. Second of all there is no sink if you get laundry detergent on your hands or need to rinse out something before washing. Less important but still a point of contention is that the place only uses cash and not credit cards. This is very minor but the one in Camden Tennessee has all of that and tables and chairs as well. I really do hope that this laundromat updates their services for their customers, we did spend a lot of money at their facility and switch because the same amount of money at a different laundromat in Camden Tennessee provided us with a few extra amenities that made spending that kind of money more enjoyable. I hope for the McKenzie laundromat that they will take heed of this and make necessary changes because we'd love to come back and do business there because the town that they are in is a town that my wife works at"

"Clean, everything is working properly. Only down side is no public restroom. And I personally don't want to have to leave clothing. It disappears."
