"Extremely disappointed with every aspect of this company and its "professionalism". Miscommunication was a huge problem from the very beginning. I was not informed in detail what I was getting material wise and was brought the wrong fencing materials. I was told 6 different dates that our fence would be completed. Every day when I would ask what time to expect them, He always responded, “It will be finished tomorrow”. Then it was the rain holding off the work, then it turned into “Lowes doesn't have your material so we have to order them and they will be in October 9th”. Excuse after excuse. They first came out on September 20th, and our fence was just completed yesterday, October 14th. The crew came out on the 12th of October and got the main things finished. The crew drove off in their truck that afternoon without speaking to me or letting me know when they would be back to complete the job. I then texted the boss, Jason, asking when will the fence be completed and he responded "tomorrow", which would have been the 13th of October. No one ever showed up at our house to complete the job after I had cleared my day. I called Jason 3 times and left messages and I also sent many texts. I never heard from him at all that day. I called him the next morning on the 14th and he apologized saying his phone was messed up and he was sending his crew over right away to finish the job. The quotes he gave me changed constantly. I am a woman and have learned a life lesson through this experience. Do not trust anyone and always ask around to get recomendations before hiring someone. Another mistake I made, was paying for the fence in full the day before he told me he would be out the next day to complete the fence. This company had our money for almost a month, and by the time it was finally completed, he quoted me an additional price of 1300 for the changes that were made to the fence. Not to mention we invested in a fence to keep our dogs safe and secure in the back yard. Last night ( the same day the fence was finished) my 6 month old puppy ran right under the fence and escaped. I am highly disappointed with this company, the way we were treated, the lack of communication, and the areas which he lacked to give me all the information I needed to understand what was going on and what the money was going toward. I highly encourage other people seeking work to go through a different company. This experience was nothing short of a nightmare and a month long headache."
