"My sister drove from NM to get married and needed her gown steamed. I recommended Springfield Cleaners. I called to ask how much it would be. Was told probably $20, but they would tell us for sure after seeing it. Asked if it could be done in a day, was told if we arrived before 9am. Took it in first thing the next morning and after the gown was looked at we were told $25, since it was a rush order. Totally fine. Prepaid for the service. TWO HOURS LATER, the nice lady at the counter called apologizing because the owner had come in saying that it was now $60!!! Half way through the day, knowing we had to have it back that day, he more than doubled the price! There is a reason this ripoff artist has so many bad reviews and so few customers. I wouldn't trust them to wash my dog's blanket now, but if you feel like paying way too much (or just whatever he decides to charge that day) for whatever service you're in need of, then this is the place to go!"

"Definitely do not recommend! Owner would not refund my money after giving my clothes to someone else.... Really? The clothes were eventually located and returned, but ended up being four days late! The owner clearly doesn't understand customer service. Response to owner: Why would I return after the experience I had and the fact that you are arguing with me? Update: 0 stars for the owner..."
