"Update. David took my $3000 deposit. Shipped me the wrong stove. Ignored my calls and the installer's multiple conversations with him. I had to return the stove as it didn't fit and ended up having to get a replacement from a different shop. Never got my deposit back. The credit card company said they couldn't help because too much time had gone by - 6 months for the stove to ship, then more time trying to get David to come through. Horrible experience overall. Now it looks like he's closed up shop. ---------- David is very knowledgeable and helpful. He freely shares his wealth of information on fireplaces and stoves. You can tell he enjoys his job.
