"Bad service the old guy he didn't want to attend to me."

"This guy refused to shake a can of paint I brought in claiming that "only a newbie would do that because no professional would ever risk it. 90% of all cans leak." He did offer me a stir stick and opener but he still lost my business forever for my house and my rentals paint needs. 1) He would have a solid point if my can was old and dented. His comment was a matter of policy though as he didn't even want to inspect my can 2) However, the "professionals" down the street had a chuckle when they happily shook my can. They had no problems with the idea of paint. They thought the professional part was extra funny. Was in and out within 2 minutes at the other shop so it wasn't like I was putting them out. 3) if 90% of all paint cans leaked, the paint can industry has a serious problem."

"I was not treated nicely as a client when I walked into the store. I asked a few questions and the guy who worked there was not patient. No customer service at all. The reason I gave three star was because the quality of the paints."

"Very helpful by making the color I requested even though it was another brand's color. He even asked the client ahead of me if I could go before him, since I only had one paint can to get (I called in about 15 minutes before and he remembered that).I will go back for our next paint project at church!"

"Seriously the best paint company in the Bay Area. I've had the pleasure of working with two of their locations (Geary and Taraval in SF) for 15 years and am so happy they have opened a location right across the street from my shop (Ocean Ave). The people are top notch and really take care of their customers. The paint quality (Ben Moore) can't be beat. Do yourself a favor and skip Lowe's and Home Depot and come see these guys."
