I had my hair cut 20 days earlier and a very pricey salon by one of their so called Master Stylists and explained exactly what I was wanting with pictures and she acted like she understood but went ahead and did her own thing which wasn’t at all what I was asking for. Sophia will be my go to person hopefully for a very long time, I LOVE the way she knows how to do lots of layers!! ❤️ Thank you Sophia!! Oh and the on line check in made it great as well!!"

"Great experience. I drove up from Roseville because salons in Placer County weren't open. I checked in on the app. They told me how long the wait was. The texted me when there was about a 15 minutes wait left. Ashley cut my hair. She was wonderful. Even though they were very busy, she did not act rushed. She was very in tune to what I wanted & was all about pleasing me. Very happy with my hair cut & the entire experience."
