"The only reason this place is getting 1 star is because some of the stylists here are kind and were kind to us when we went in to find out what happened with all our cancellations from the the stylist we booked with . We were lied to 4 times and cancelled on 4 times by the stylist named Bella Emery. Do not book with her, as she does not tell the truth to her clients. Her excuse for cancelling was that the water wasn’t working at the salon, while she bad mouthed all the stylist and the owner at the same time in her texts, making it seem like she was never informed of the water situation and it wasn’t her fault. We went into the salon and YES the water was running! We never heard back from the salon owner, who should make this right and offer to pay for someone else to do the hair coloring, while she( owner) pays for it. This would be good business. Extremely disappointing that the stylist blatantly lied- then, we don’t hear from the owner. Too bad because it’s a cute place- but the ethics and morals are very ugly."
