"OK men's haircut! The new app sucks! It is supposed to give you a countdown timer so you can sit in your car and then they will text you when its your turn I got there signed in via the app showed 22 minutes then 20 minutes then 18 minutes and never updated after that I set my timer for 15 minutes and then walked into the store and they had no customers. My total time waiting from the time I parked and signed in was 32 minutes! Why they don't have the app tied into GPS like other businesses to know when you're there is beyond me when I walked in the store there was two names ahead of me but neither one of those person we're there yet so they probably signed in from home and got delayed yet I was sitting in front of the store in my car and it didn't text me to come in! Don't use the new feature on the new app! App is now been improved but when you do a mobile check-in I suggest to go in the store let them know and sit down like today there was four people ahead of me checked in but I was the only one in the store because they hadn't personally checked in so I got ahead of all of them! This is December 10th 2022 same March 29th 2023 This is July 2023 the new check-in wait time app is working good now! Even though I'm registered in the app this time September 2023 it made me enter my name and phone number to check in online. What's the purpose of the registering? An app where your name and phone number is part of the registration. Another redundant app! 01/13/2024 that app has been fixed and is working better now!"
