"I went to this location and they took my order right I order a family meal and they didn’t have containers they gave me little bowls for my order which was a smaller amount than the reg family meal container they didn’t give me my receipt they didn’t return my debit card and I had to drive back to get my debit card and when I called to ask for my receipt and my debit card back all they said was, Sorry you can come pick it when even you want. The server in my receipt was Samantha and this happened 12/10/23 @ 11:34am. This place is okay but just check your wallet before you leave or drive and waste your time and money here."

"The truth is that this place is going from more to less. I went to buy 4 dishes that did not have fresh rice. I waited 5 minutes. I ordered the honey sesame chicken and it was cold. I don't like to make complaints but I didn't like the food."

"Told to wait out front for the rest of the order because there were cars behind us, so we waited 10 minutes, and went inside to find the order on a shelf to be delivered to me??? Poor customer service at the window from Roxie who had a nice nasty smile. Oh, and my order was missing the spring rolls."

"I believe I arrived during a shift change... so I expected a slight delay, but this really was slow. 4 cars (I was the 3rd) waited at the drive through order speaker for a ridiculous amount of time. Once they started to take orders again, it moved at a normal pace. The food was almost at room temperature and not appealing (although I love the food). I parked to eat it so it should have been warm. The employee at the window barely acknowledged me. When she was handing me the food, she was busy laughing at who she was conversing with. I like fun environments, but I was just a distraction. Obviously the customer is not an important part of their job and the food reflected that."

"The broccoli wasn’t cooked fully. It’s cold. I got everything except my teriyaki chicken. I got a bigger plate and got two Beef and broccoli, and Teriyaki chicken. We weren’t feeling so hot so I don’t want to go back to get it. Fail at this time."
