"I would not have given them a three-star rating if it were not the double deep fried brown noodle which deserves some credit. The sweet and sour pork and egg-plant dishes were a disaster—they were nothing but “a thick layer” of bread crumbs fried in high temperature. Look at the photos and you will know what I meant. We had to get through a thick layer of crumb, spitted it before getting to the tiny portion of meat in the sweet & sour pork. Refer to the photo. Worst sweet and sour pork and egg plant I ever had in a restaurant! I don’t know what type or style of cooking it was! The way they prepared the dishes were definitely not Chinese food! I don’t even know how they have gotten several hundreds of high reviews!"
