"My stylist was running behind but didn’t communicate until I got to the shop. She asked me to come back in an hour. I agreed. I was getting 6 stitches braids and asked her to not braid too tightly repeatedly. The braids still ended up pulling out my edges and the stylist did not care. I would not rebook my stylist."

"I feel like customer service needs a lot of work . Dismissive girl answering the phones like there aren’t other salons.. my stylist was late and didn’t quite communicate everything in time. And when I’d call to ask questions which was like pulling teeth (for whaaaat?), the people acted like I was bothering them really . It was stressful to say the least . BUT! They are some really talented stylist though , my hair was healthy and lasted far longer than what I expected . I would definitely recommend, my braiders name was Tyneesha , her hands are magical ."
