"Gel mani, regular pedi (deluxe) $140 total (with tip) They dry-cut your cuticles (and sometimes actually cut you deeper than you’d like) which is so painful, polish job is shabby at best, and some of the staff are really straight up rude right to your face. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt and say it’s because they were rushing, but they weren’t even busy. Some of the staff were sitting in the massage chairs chillin on their phones. Maybe they used to be good, but then got too comfy and now lazy. Really disappointing."
"This place is very cute but the nail staff take forever to do basic things - 45 minutes to remove gel and shape nail (they used electric nail drill which should be quicker but wasn’t) - and I spent no less than 2.5 hours for gel manicure. Since they take forever, they also charge higher prices so its a lose-lose. I also felt that the nail staff were not very knowledgeable about nail health - they filed my nails down by filing back and forth and I had to ask them to file in one direction. They also used an electric nail drill/buffer to remove gel and cuticles which is worse than soaking in solution and using hand tools. The design was cute - iridescant glitter with clouds, but it took another hour of waiting. Would not return to salon - paid $200 for gel mani and regular pedi. Pedi was a basic one $28 I was not satisfied with as I didn’t really want to pay $30 for a bunch of add on services like scrubbing (which is pretty basic) and the massage wasn’t really much."
"I had a great pedicure experience here on Friday. I was helped by Lisa and she was amazing. She showed me the menu of what treatment I wanted so it’s great to know in advance what you’re paying for. I had ingrown nails on both toes and she did great at fixing that for me, kept asking if I was ok, really nice lady, I recommend it."
"Nails are decent, $40 total for basic gel. The technician was wayyy too chatty though, he kept talking despite me putting on earphones. And because I didn’t respond he said “I thought you said you could speak mandarin”. I told him I couldn’t hear him because of my earphones but he kept talking anyways and forbade me from putting them back on. Lastly, during the heat wave their AC was broken. It was 85 degrees indoors. I sweating like crazy with my mask on."
