"First and foremost i wanna give a shout to Subhi my account rep, he’s top of the best when it comes to assisting me on any of my projects needs such as material and paint, he goes out of his way to deliver my order himself or through the Dun Edwards. I currently have multiple accounts with almost all paint stores and none of the other stores given me such importance as Subhi has.THANK YOU AGAIN Subhi ! maintain the value you provide to us. To why i rated this store; it’s pretty much every business out there what i’m about to say; to my understanding the customer walks into a retail business to either buy or inform themselves through the staff on floor. The staff is obligated during working hrs to assist the customer and answer questions or doubts he or she may have. (I don’t expect the staff members to know it all but it’s crucial to a business the knowledge and understanding of its product how each employee has educated themselves through company or self training.) When a client or contractor ask a staff member of the difference,type,durability, etc . .. you get my point…. staff should have the minimum require knowledge of its product. It’s should not be a “ I DON’T KNOW ANSWER “, its the reason why a customer walks in to your business, to get educated of your product from your staff. I hope i haven’t offended anyone, for it’s never my intentions. I’m just a simple new client, testing out your product. “ ITS NOT HOW YOU FEEL YOU TREATED THE CUSTOMER, ITS HOW THE CUSTOMER FELT TREATED” ."

"I have been a painter for 32 years and this store has the worst service I have ever experienced. Had to tell the lady 4 times what I needed.( I guess English is a second language there). They had 5 employees in the store 1 on the phone 1 assisting customers 2 just standing around and 1 mixing paint. She told me they don't have my color and it will be at least 2 hours. This was in the afternoon not in the morning Rush. Any ways I left and went to Sherwin Williams 3 doors down and was in and out in 10 minutes. No B.S. about not having the color just mixed my paint and sent me out the door."
"There was oblivious tension between the staff. Never got a call that my paint was ready. They matched the paint pretty well. The store was clean and well kept. It seemed like the customer service could have been higher. I can go to home depot and get this kind of service. If DE wants to keep going they need to expand there service to the consumer more."
