"What work was done on our kitchen remodeling was great, problem is we are 90% done, and they left us ‘high and dry!’ We have tried having them to get back with us, but all calls, messages and visits to their place of business has been ignored. Their quote included the rest of our remodel. We do not owe a balance, we paid for what was completed. Now we are tryin to price out all that had been included in their bid and find someone to complete that with the funds we have budgeted. The ignoring of our attention is the worst. This is no way to be professional!"
