"We came in on a Sunday and were thrilled they were open, as several other stores around there were not that day. Astrid approached us and asked thoughtful questions (and looked at our kitchen pictures) to help determine what style we were were looking for for our kitchen backsplash. She was incredibly helpful - and never pushy - in guiding us through several options to find the one perfect for us. Astrid turned what could have been a grueling task and a very long day into quite a pleasurable experience, which is saying a lot! When we asked her if she could recommend a good installer, she gave us a couple of names, one of which we chose and they did an excellent job. Overall couldn't be happier."

"I was very disappointed on the way that my order was done. I gave Paul my numbers for my bathroom and told him that I didn't want to have a lot of tile left over. When I went to pick up my tile I could see I had to many bull nose tile and I let him know but was told that it couldn't be returned as he put a red stamp on my order that was not there before so I could see that it was non-returnable. Now this was at pick up of my order. So if you do go in make sure that you know exactly what you need because you'll end up pay a lot more then you really need to."
