"Needed a custom hydraulic hose made with specific fittings. Called and spoke to Brooks who informed me they could make the hose (after physically checking to make sure they had the proper fittings) and the cost. I ordered the hose a few days later and they said they would have it done by the end of the day. A few hours later Gabby called to say the hose was ready (several hours early). Picked up the hose (exactly what I wanted) and no surprises on the cost. This place is GREAT."
