"I have taken my dogs here for years now and have never had an issue. Just dropped them off about half an hour ago and they are also polite and helpful and willing to work with me on my weird schedule, getting me in when I can and getting me out when needed. Wouldn't trust another place with my fur babies."

"UPDATED FROM 5⭐️ - 2.12.24 - I have brought my dogs several times to Ruff House. The first visit my husky nipped the groomer. We were told at the time we picked her up that she bit. When I called to schedule the second time, they took her, no questions asked. I took both dogs a time or two more. Neither time were we told that she had bit again. When we spoke to the actual groomer when she bit her the first visit, we told her we would be fine with using a muzzle but were told “it’s fine, don’t worry about it”. Fast forward to a couple of weeks ago when I left a message to schedule, I received no call back. I got ahold of the groomer we had used and she said she would have them call me to schedule. (She didn’t say anything about the biting issue at all.). Brittany called me back this morning to schedule and apologized for not gotten my message I had left 2 weeks ago. Then she proceeded to tell me that they weren’t going to see my husky any longer. When I asked why, they told me the owner (Treva) said not to bring her back. Treva got on the phone with me. I told her I was aware of the first time & had been back several times since then. She told me that she had bitten twice!! I was NEVER informed of her biting again (why didn’t they muzzle her?). Treva was EXTREMELY RUDE, and someone was yelling in the background that I DID know she had bitten twice - again, I was NOT aware of any problem since the very first visit. I understand being “released” as a client for my dog biting, but there is ZERO reason to be RUDE. Period. After reading the other reviews, I see I’m not the only person they’ve been rude to. Not a good way to do business. Also, if you want to take your puppers here, plan on 2-3 month wait time for an appointment. And I will say, I was a very good tipper, well beyond 20%, so I hope they miss that!! 1 year ago: Having moved back “home” to Kodak, I had to find a new groomer for my fur babies. Ruff House is THE BEST place to take yours! Friendly and accommodating. Pricing is good as well. My dogs are treated very well (even though one of them is not-so-social) and they look & smell great when they are finished! Highly recommend! (Call a few weeks in advance or pre-book next appointment, as they are always busy… because they are great!!)"

"Rude, nasty and incompetent. We took our Golden Retriever in for a $30 mini-groom and all they did was trim her toe hair. No bath. They told us not to wait because she would have to go under the dryer. Total lies! We specifically mentioned her female areas, her belly & chest and the backs of her legs. Took her back the next day and they did nothing but her female area. I questioned her and she just got nasty. They told us they knew how to groom Goldens...obviously not!"

"We brought our dog here for the first time. They took time to get acquainted with him before we left to keep him calm. The staff was friendly and caring. They did a fine job for a reasonable price so we've already booked his next visit!"
