"I call this place for shade/curtain for my house. There was only one lady taking care of all Hunter Douglas clients. I paid the nonrefundable $200 for the measurement, then one guy came did the job. I came there 3 times after the measurement, and talked to the sales lady. Every time the lady promise she will send me something, however till today, I got nothing, not even the measurement report. Once when I came there with my wife, the sales lady was sitting there watching a movie. She was so concentrated until we asked her some questions. Sorry for the interruption. Her promise was consistent, but so was the result. I planned to use Hunter Douglas for all windows in my house in the first place. After one month waiting for the quote, I left several slide doors to Hunter Douglas, but go with another brand for all others. One week after my last visit, I gave up working with this store. My 1 start is for its Hunter Douglas department, not for the paint department. I think Hunter Douglas should reconsider working with this place."
