"I walked in five minutes before the close on a Saturday to buy a water pressure regulator. Daniel was really nice enough to speak with my plumber over the phone and get us all the additional parts we needed to get the job done. He could've simply said I'm sorry we're closing, I can sell you the regulator but to get the additional parts it will take me over 15 minutes and we're closed. I would've understood; however, Daniel being the awesome gentleman he is, took the time and got me everything we needed."
"AAA Rated -Extreme Customer Service!! All I can say is: Jose Gomez is the Bomb! I'm amazed that there are still people in the 21st Century that actually care about their customers and building lasting relationships! PPS has trained their employees impeccably! They greeted me and helped me right away with a "non-postal worker" attitude. Jose, fully engaged the dilemma with some powerful advice on where to go even after I left the place and couldn't resolve my problem! How often does a private company recommend something even when it's not provided by them? NEVER!!! If you have a plumbing problem BIG or SMALL, don't hesitate to call -- and if you are fortunate enough to be in the area, GO DOWN THERE! I won't go to Home Depot or Lowes or anywhere else for my plumbing problems. I had 5 plumbers from numerous locations working on one solution and no one resolved it except for Jose at PPS!!"
