"Extremely RUDE staff. My mother and I went there to pick out tile for a guest bathroom. Maybe the job wasn’t big enough, maybe I looked young and like I didn’t have money to spend. We were met with uninterested people both time, like we weren’t worth their time. And one time my mother called to check their hours and she said “ hi I was calling to see what time you were open until” and she was greeted with “ well, that’s obvious”. From someone who has worked retail and customer service her whole life, I was taught to treat the customer with respect no matter how big the purchase was. Needless to say, we will be taking our business elsewhere."

"They have a really good selection of mid-price tile. They also have a good selection of expensive tile (over $50/ft2). I bought tile from Canyon Tile for both of my bathrooms. They are also happy to share with you a long list of installers. I did not use the list, but they offered it."
