"This is a very nice place. The people are nice and, from what I've seen, they will love your pet. The one and only problem I have is they WILL NOT communicate with you if your dog has some kind of behavioral issue until it is too late and they will not let them come back. They told me my dog got in to it with another dog, they did not let me know until a couple days later when I was going to take her back. 1 I think that is unprofessional and 2 inconsiderate. They said that she may need some TRAINING, which I THOUGHT they offered. Well, as you can guess it, their trainer is unwilling or unqualified to train a 15 month old puppy. So I guess if your puppy likes to play and plays a little rough do not take them here."

We do daycare and boarding with them and we have had great experiences. They even check in and ask if we’d like to have his nails trimmed or a bath after boarding. These guys are the best!!"

"I’ve been taking my dog to Chasing Tails for about a year now. My only regret is not knowing about them sooner. The staff, from day one, has been consistent with how friendly and patient and professional they are. They take the time to answer every single question, always. They truly treat all the dogs in their care like they are their own. I’ve done daycare, pick up/drop off services, and boarding and had her groomed. If your pup has a special need or diet, they are happy to follow it. My girl is always just as happy to get dropped off as she is to be picked up. I tell everyone I know about Chasing Tails.
