"I wouldn’t even give them 1 star but I had to for this review. I took my dog to them to get groomed and when I got my dog back, her ears were scabbed over from them burning her ears with the razor. I took my dog to the vet and got them looked at. Called southern tails to inform them and they were so disrespectful when I called and didn’t even apologize for burning my dogs ears"

"Have an older dog (golden retriever) and the folks at southern tails did a very good job with her. Totally pleased with the results! I have used a variety of groomers in the past and I gotta admit, the job they did was much better than all of them"

"I took my husky puppy to them for obedience training (simple commands) and have seen a vast improvement in my pup’s behavior. Isaac and staff care for your dog as if it were their own! They also do boarding and grooming!"

"We have an elderly Maltese with serious health issues. It is so hard for me to trust anyone with her. She literally goes with me everywhere. I brought her in for a complete groom along with my Basset who I brought in for a bath and nails. Nikki was so wonderful with my little pup that I'm bringing her back next week for a touch up! They also did a great job on my Basset. She smelled so clean and her nails were finally cut! It's so wonderful knowing I have someplace I can trust, especially with my little one."
