"Ordered online and drive all the way over only to be told my order was cancelled I couldn't get the product at all not would I be issued a refund for the order I already paid for. Someone could have at least called to let me know my order was cancelled and the staff in store should be able to give me a refund since that's the store that I ordered from. The people in the store were not helpful at all and Im still waiting for my money back."

"Bad customer service. Staff seem annoyed to assistb(Pamela and manager). I purchased a product and 3 months later returned for the same thing and but staff said they couldn't help an they had no such thing and sent me to another store of a different brand where it turns out doesn't sell this product at all!!! It was a big waste of time for us all I think. Staff should be knowledgeable about products so they can recommend and advise us."

"This place has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They set me up under a boogus account instead of my own. It also took over 45 minutes just to have them get through my oder. I understand new people will always be coming and going but please train your god damn staff."
