"I was referred to Heather by my former groomer who had left the business to return to school. My dogs were well up in years & very fragile. I had taken them to other groomers in Jackson who assured me they were experts in grooming older dogs. My dogs were Shih Tzus. Not only were they shaved almost bald, one came home with a bloody mouth. I knew I had to make a change. Finding Heather was a God send! She was wonderful! Whenever my dog would get stressed, she would stop because she didn’t want to upset them. She did what they allowed her to do without forcing them to go through something stressful. I lost my last dog in April. She was a couple weeks shy of turning 18. I just got a new puppy for Christmas & I plan to use Heather to groom him. She’s wonderful!"
