"Pros: The food is good and they have a couple good vegetarian options, although not nearly enough. CONS: atrocious customer service. More than once we've made an order for pickup and are waiting outside for an hour and we got text and email confirmation that the order was received and was being prepared and would be ready in 15 minutes. After an hour and a half, we get an email saying our order was canceled with no explanation or text message given. These guys need to step up their game. They're about to go out of business because everyone's tired of their unreliability."

"Atrocious customer service -- or a complete lack of any customer service, rather. Want to wait for your food for over an hour only to find out most of your order was canceled as they "ran out" -- without any prior notification whatsoever? Call to ask a question about it only to find out that one number is out of service, and the other rings till they hang up? This is how this place handles their business regularly and repeatedly. If it was possible to give a -2 stars for service; they'd deserve it. Some of the food is actually not bad, though the rest is mediocre at best, but the disregard for the customer is so blatant that it's amazing they stayed in business even this long. Do yourself a favor and order from some tasty place that is reputable and cares instead of Spicy Tongue."

"They didn’t update their hour and had Uber drivers waiting hella long just for this place to be closed, drivers be aware this place closes early and check screen as they had like 10 pending orders. Smh, bet their food is trash too"

"DO NOT EVER ORDER! I REPEAT DO NOT EVER ORDER! First of all, I ordered the boiling beef with house spicy broth which includes rice and house soup. I just dont understand, there were literally no beef? Except cabbage and no rice too. Never gonna order again. Yes, I did read all other reviews and was convinced before I order but I WAS WRONG! DO NOT ORDER!!!!!"

"I'm aware it's a ghost kitchen. I wanted some late Sichuan food, but Chengdu Style was closed so I was willing to settle with food delivered from a ghost kitchen and expect there's going to be at least 10+ minutes more than the original estimate delivery. Anyways, the food. I got the black fungus with chili sauce, boiling beef with house spicy broth, and shrimp fried rice. The shrimp fried rice seemed as if the rice was thrown into a bowl, drenched with soy sauce, and called it a day. It was tasty, so I will likely order again. The black fungus mushrooms smelled slightly rancid, and eating a bite tasted like they used all vinegar in the chili sauce.... I'm not sure if there was any chili sauce The boiling beef with house spicy broth was exactly what I was looking for, with the perfect amount of numbing oil and sichuan peppercorn. Aside from the random cuts of cucumber, I actually really enjoyed this dish. So while I don't know if I would order from "them" in the day time when places like Chengdu Style or Mama Ji's are open, this would definitely be a good late night delivery spot for me. Edit: I feel like I understated the shrimp fried rice. It's really good."
