However after having him groom my fur baby the 1st time he proceeded to tell us she would be her groomer for life & to bring her in for a nail & paw cleanup in a month. 4 calls & msgs left and nothing. A tiny bit of courtesy would have been amazing to simply return phone calls. Completely unprofessional."
