"DO NOT TAKE YOUR PUP IF THEY ANXIETY OR ANY BEHAVIORAL DEFICIT! My 4yr old has never had issues grooming even with his anxiety. I was called to pick up him unfinished since he was too anxious while away from his sister (barked and soiled himself). When I got there I offered to help so that he can be finished and was told “No you can take him”. Instead of trying to work with him he was turned away. Besides that communication was excellent and the female groomer was kind and apologetic (unlikely the male who didn’t even acknowledge the situation). If your pup doesn’t have ANY behavioral deficit by all means hurry and schedule."
